Administrators

What administrators can do

The Edudojo console for staff, and the institution dashboard.

Edudojo staff sign in on their staff page and open the console. Needs attention lists agreements ending within 30 days, clients or removed students past their export window, clients with no client admin, failed or late exports and deletes, and late jobs. The console, menu and Search hold the tools (on a narrow screen, one menu button): Clients, Onboard an institution, Add a course, AI model settings (with Anthropic credits), AI costs, Product feedback, Team and Records and access.

An institution’s administrator signs in as Teacher on the home page and opens the teacher dashboard.

  • See all courses and learners of the institution.
  • Open Learner activity for any course.
  • Add students and remove a student from a course.
  • Add a course with its teachers.
  • Edudojo staff only: onboard a new institution. Choose its country, time zone, language and kind, and whether it is a public body. Answer from its records whether any learner is under 18. Record its agreement: the kind, its dates or notice period, whether Edudojo staff may open submitted work, and, when signed, the signed day, data agreement version, signed copy location and data locations. The agreement must cover today. A public body and the first client in a new country need a real lawyer’s check, not “NA”. Import or type the roster; you may name one teacher as client admin, with a reason. Check the preview, then Create accounts. New accounts use its time zone and language. Each temporary password shows once. If the grant is refused, give it from the client page.

Administrators see status only, such as the courses, the learners and which sessions are complete, never drafts, coach chats, pictures or submitted work.

When the institution’s agreement with Edudojo allows it, the Edudojo company team can open submitted work and shared drafts. Edudojo records each opening, but not the text.

Administrators do not mark student work; the teacher owns the mark. They sign in with a password, then an authenticator code.
