AI model settings (company operators)

Choose the AI models, and the model that sorts feedback. Operators only.

AI model settings is for Edudojo company operators. Open it from the console or the menu.

Models for each tier

Choose a model for Low, Medium and High, for the company default or for one client, and the speech-to-text model. A Save bar appears when something changed.

Product feedback sorting model

The model chosen here sorts each message that people send with Tell Edudojo into set answers. It writes no text. It applies to all clients.

• In use shows the model that sorts now. It says Default until a model is saved.
• The field lists only models that can give set answers and have a zero-retention host.
• Save works on its own, apart from the Save bar. It shows the time when it saved. If Edudojo refuses the model, a message says so and the model in use stays.
• Recent changes lists the five newest changes: the model, the time, and You or Another operator.
• Refresh model list also reloads this list. If only this list cannot be read, the section says so and has its own Refresh feedback model list button. If both lists cannot be read, the section points to Refresh model list above. While it cannot be read, the field and Save stay off.
• With no saved model, a warning says when the default model has no zero-retention host. A warning also shows when the saved model is no longer on the list. Sorting may fail until you save a listed model.
