Read and mark Tell Edudojo messages.

Product feedback is for Edudojo company operators. It lists Tell Edudojo messages with the model’s answers.

Choose the days

The page opens on the last 7 days, in UTC. Pick From or To and confirm, then press Show these days. A range holds at most 93 days, and the list at most 500 messages: safety, privacy and unsorted first, then the newest. For more, use a shorter range. On a phone they are in one section, Days and filters.

Who sees the words

Every message shows its words, a student’s too, whatever the client’s agreement says. A message to Edudojo is Edudojo’s own data. Each load records which student messages it showed, not their words. After a year a message loses its words and keeps its answers.

Read and mark

• Messages are in groups: Needs attention, New, Seen and Done, each with its count. Done is closed until you open it.
• Needs attention holds safety and privacy messages, High severity, and messages not sorted or whose sort failed, that still have their words.
• New, Seen and Done is a mark for the staff team. Marks do not load the list again.

Keys

Use the arrow keys, or j and k, to move between messages. Press n, s or d to mark New, Seen or Done, and Enter to show all of the words.

Sort again

Sort again asks the model to sort a message once more, 3 times in all. The new answers show at once, or press Reload.

Trends

Trends counts messages per week, never their words: 4, 12, 26 or 52 weeks, from Monday in UTC; the current week is marked so far. Cards show Kind, Mood, Area, Severity, Pages and App versions for the role you choose; no answer is Not sorted. Every message counts, a student’s too. Messages older than a year are not counted.
