Administrators

Client page (Edudojo staff)

One client: totals, agreements, profile, activity, AI spend and receipts.

Open it from Clients; only Edudojo staff can. Like Clients, it shows institution facts and totals, never a student’s name, writing or chat. Only the Client admins and Place a teacher panels and receipts name people. A receipt names the staff member who ran it. Place a teacher puts a teacher of the institution into a course, with a reason. A client admin cannot.

At the top

The name, its country and kind, the agreement state, the 14-day flag and the current agreement. Under them are four tabs: Overview, Agreement, People and Records. The address keeps the tab.

Overview

Four totals: accounts by role, accounts active in the last 7 days, the last active day, and AI spend in the last 30 days. Then the current agreement: seats used and days left in its term as bars, company reads, notice and the data agreement.

  • AI spend by month: the last 6 calendar months in UTC, in US dollars. At least means some calls still wait for their cost.
  • Learner activity: while the agreement allows company reads today, each course opens its text-free Learner activity. Otherwise the panel stays closed.
  • Profile: as recorded at onboarding, with state and language names.

Agreement

Change terms, End agreement, and every agreement, latest first. The one that covers today has a coloured edge. Each shows its kind and plan, its days or notice, seats, company reads, the signed copy, where data is stored, the sub-processors, the lawyer’s check and why it ended. An earlier or later agreement folds its terms under Terms. Not recorded means no value.

People and Records

  • People: the Client admins and Place a teacher panels. Place a teacher opens a dialog: choose the course, the teacher and the reason, then check and confirm.
  • Records: Exports and deletes, then the latest export and delete receipts (5, then Show more), with who ran each, when, how it ended and what it counted. A receipt never names the student.
