Clients (Edudojo staff)
Each client's accounts, activity and AI spend, as totals only.
Clients lists the institutions that have an agreement with Edudojo. Only Edudojo staff open it: use Clients in the top menu or on the console. It shows totals for each institution. It never shows a person’s name, email, writing or chat.
At the top
A line under the title says when the figures were read: each time you open the page. Then four totals across the clients shown (Find and sort clients): clients by agreement state, accounts by role, accounts active in the last 7 days, and AI spend in the last 30 days.
Needs a look names each client with no activity for 14 days or an unknown time zone.
Each client
- Institution: the name, then its country and the kind of agreement.
- Agreement: Open, Agreement ended, Starts with its first day, or Time zone not known.
- Accounts: the total, then students, teachers and admins.
- Active, 7 days: accounts active on one of the last 7 days, today included, and the 30-day count. An account is active on a day when it signed in, or had a session still in use, that day, in the institution’s time zone. After a sign-out, days of use before it can drop out of the counts.
- Last active: the latest day any account of the institution was active, on the institution’s calendar. No activity yet means no account was ever active.
- AI spend, 30 days: what the institution’s AI calls cost in the last 30 days, in US dollars. A student’s AI call appears 20 to 80 minutes later. At least means some calls still wait for their cost.
The 14-day flag
No activity for 14 days shows when an open client, whose first agreement started at least 14 days ago, had no active account in the last 14 days. It is a prompt to check in, not a fault.
Select a client to open its page (Client page). For the cost of each AI call, open AI costs.
