Tell Edudojo

Send the Edudojo team a problem, an idea or a suggestion. What is sent, who reads it, how long it is kept.

Tell Edudojo sends one message to the Edudojo team: a problem, an idea or a suggestion.

How to send one

  1. A student selects Tell Edudojo on the left, or in the menu on a phone. A teacher selects it at the top. Anyone can also search for feedback.
  2. Write your message, up to 2,000 characters, or use the microphone.
  3. Turn on Show my name to the Edudojo team only if you want them to know it is you. It starts off.
  4. Select Send. If something fails, your words stay in the box. Try again. If you sign in to another account or sign out while it is open, Edudojo does not send your words and clears them.

You can send 10 messages a day. After a student sends one, Edudojo shows Talk to someone.

On Edudojo’s website

Teachers and admins can let Edudojo show a message, with their name, on its website. Turn on the second tick. Withdraw it on your Profile page, under Your messages to Edudojo.

What is sent

Your words, your name choice, the page, your language and your screen type (phone, tablet or desktop). Edudojo also saves your role, institution, its country and the app version. It never sends your drafts or coach chat.

Who reads it

The Edudojo team reads your message, whatever your role. Your teacher and institution do not see it. An AI model sorts each message into set answers, such as the kind of problem. It writes no text.

What Edudojo removes

Before saving, Edudojo removes passwords, keys, card numbers and phone numbers. This automatic check can miss things. Do not write private details or the names of other people.

How long it is kept

One year, with your role, institution, country, page, language, screen size and app version. Then Edudojo deletes the words and the link to you and your institution. The other details stay, dated by month only.
