Does the AI grade my work?

No. The teacher owns the mark.

No. Edudojo gives no mark. Your teacher reads your submitted work and marks it, and can publish an assessment with comments and levels in words on the page of your submitted work. Review asks questions, and the How I worked answer is your own account. Neither one is a grade.
