Export and delete a record

Edudojo does this when your institution asks. There is no button.

You cannot export or delete a record yourself in the app. Ask your teacher or institution. They ask Edudojo, and Edudojo acts on the institution’s instruction.

Export

Edudojo can export one student’s record, or a whole institution, with the picture files.

Edudojo gives the person your institution names a link and, separately, a 6-digit passcode. They open the link, type the passcode and download the files. The link opens 3 times, for up to 7 days; each time gives 30 minutes, and 5 wrong passcodes close it. The file list holds a checksum for each part, so your IT team can check that every file arrived whole.

Delete

A delete removes the student’s records, their picture files and their sign-in accounts. It runs in steps. Edudojo repeats a final check after a short wait, to catch anything written late.

If a teacher removes you from a course, you can still download your own drafts from that course.

When your institution’s access to Edudojo ends, Edudojo stops saving your drafts and says so. You cannot start or submit a draft, add a picture, message the coach or share a draft for feedback. If no new agreement follows, Edudojo also signs you out, and you cannot sign in again. This takes a few minutes; when more than 200 accounts end at once, it waits until Edudojo staff confirm it. Copy or download your latest words before you leave the page. For 90 days after the end, your institution can ask Edudojo for an export.
